My passion in understanding the human body and experience stems from studies in yoga, massage, ayurveda, traditional chinese medicine, as well as eating psychology, modern nutrition & whole foods. I integrate nutrition coaching with yoga & bodywok in a comprehensive program as well as offer individual sessions, group classes, workshops and retreats.
