"Your body is precious.  It is our vehicle for awakening.  Treat it with care."  ~Buddha

Whether you experience anxiety, depression, overeating, emotional eating, chronic dieting, fatigue, digestive problems or simply difficulty managing your stress, embodiment is an essential ingedient in the transformation process.  This is precisely why highly intelligent, educated people who 'know better' or 'know what to do' still get caught in patterns of self-limiting behavior.   Learning how to inhabit your body more fully, how to trust the wisdom of your body to guide you and how to nourish your body's unique nutritional needs are the first keys to transforming good intentions and great knowledge into actual changed behavior and lifestyle that lasts.

"The curious paradox is thath when I accept myself as I am, then I can change." ~Carl Rogers

We cannot expect to change and grow until we accept fully who we are in this very moment- extra weight, imperfections, inner struggles and all.  We own our choices by taking responsability and we accept ourselves by breathing compassion and patience.  Do you hold onto the belief that you will be happy, successful, attractive, accepted once "X" happens?  Ask yourself how do you think you will feel if you lose the weight, when anxiety no longer controls you or the morning that you wake up full of energy and motivation....   What if you would start to feel that way right now?

"Accept you who you right now and be ready to change a little too." ~Lao Tzu

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom"  ~Anais Nin

Where have you given your power away?  To food?  To someone else?  Has it been so long that you don’t even remember?  Do feelings of guilt, shame or embarrassment keep you from changing old patterns with food, mood or lifestyle?  Well, I’m going to break some news to you.  You do not have a willpower problem and you are not broken.  Even the best of us get stuck sometimes and make choices against our better judgement.  It’s OKAY.  It is simply time to try another way.  And guess what?  It doesn’t have to be so hard either.  By learning to say ‘No’ to the things that weigh you down, that hold you back and ‘YES’ to that which fills and lights you up life gets easier.  By learning to lean into what feels good and to trust yourself more, confidence follows.   The days of calorie counting and dieting mentality are over.  There is another way and I will help you create a healthier, deeper, more loving relationship with your body and your life.  Are you ready?
